I've forgotten my password. What should I do next?
If you've lost your password, then don't panic. It's really easy to get it back again. You can reset your password online here. Be aware though, that you will need to know your username before you reset your password. If you've forgotten your username, then please follow the steps below.
I've forgotten my username. What should I do next?
If you've forgotten your username and can't access your account, then don't worry. All you need to do is give us a call to confirm who you are. You can get in touch with us on: 0345 450 7042. Once we've confirmed your identity, you'll be able to log back into your account.
